Shipping Information

We can ship to any address in the United States. Currently, we are not shipping to destinations outside the United States. Most orders are shipped from our Ohio location within one business day from when the order is placed. Please allow up to 5-10 days for personalized orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited shipping orders will be processed same day if received by 1pm Eastern time. If received after this time, then the order will be shipped the next business day.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You will know immediately when you place your order, prior to completing the payment transaction the actual cost of shipping for your order. Regular orders under 3 lbs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Most orders over 3 lbs are shipped UPS ground. If you prefer to switch an order from USPS Priority Mail to UPS Ground, please give us a call. Standard orders will typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from when your order was placed. MOST orders ship within 24 hours.

We offer 1, 2, and 3 business day expedited shipping for an additional cost per shipping address for in-stock items. You will know immediately when you place your order, prior to completing the payment transaction the actual cost of the expedited shipping. All APO/FPO/AK and HI addresses are shipped via parcel post and cannot be expressed.

Once the item has been delivered by the shipping company to the shipping address, liability or loss of the product is the responsibility of you the customer.



WE WANT YOU TO BE THRILLED WITH YOUR PURCHASE! We stand behind our products and guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily provide an exchange or refund for all items within 30 days of receipt. We CANNOT accept returns for personalized items unless there was an error made on our part, in which case we'll be happy to make it right! All of our items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Please examine all items thoroughly upon receipt. If there is damage due to shipping, please contact us ASAP so that we can take care of you.

Returns are accepted under the following guidelines:

1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please go to the Contact Us page and complete a Return Form. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a prepaid postal label and instructions on how to return your item(s) from your order.

2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days for receipt and received in original packaging and sellable condition, you will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. Simply return the product along with the original packing slip to the Returns Shipping Address below. We do not reimburse shipping costs on these returns.

3. Personalized and customized items may NOT be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
