DO YOU OFFER GIFTWRAPPING?
We make it easy to send most items as gifts. When you select items for your shopping cart, simply put a check in the box that asks if you would like Gift Wrapping.  Most items fit into one of our premium chocolate brown ribbed gift boxes and others must be hand wrapped in chocolate brown kraft paper.  The wrapping is always finished off with lovely raffia ribbon.  The cost of gift wrapping if $5.50 per item.  If you order several small items that are going to the same recipient, simply note in the comments section that you would like the items to be boxed up together and only select Gift Wrapping for one item. We will contact you if there is a problem in doing so.  Your gift message will be included on a small gift enclosure card. 

If the item can't be wrapped due to size, you will only see the option to add a Gift Message.  This message will print out on the packing slip - with no pricing information - for your recipient. 


DO YOU OFFER GIFT ENCLOSURE CARDS?

Yes, we do. Gift enclosure cards are available at no extra charge to you. Simply fill in the gift message when you add the product to our shopping cart.  We’ll take care of the rest.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do. Simply click the ‘Order Gift Certificate’ button in the shopping cart. After clicking the button, you will be asked to enter the quantity of electronic certificates you are ordering, the $ amount, the email address for whom you are buying the certificates and a brief message if you wish. Upon completing the purchase and checkout, an email will be sent to you, confirming your purchase, and to the recipient, confirming the electronic gift certificate delivery, including the redemption number and instructions.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, you can. Simply browse our product selection, click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you are done shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details needed in order to process your secure order. Please remember to input your email address on the billing page – you will be notified when your package ships and receive a tracking number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check, please order via mail (see below).

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I’VE ORDERED IS ON BACKORDER?
You will know immediately when you place the item into your shopping cart whether or not the item is unavailable. If the item is not in stock, you can still place an order for it and we will backorder it for you. You will be notified via email regarding when you can expect shipment. You will always have the option of canceling your order if you would rather not wait.

DO I PAY SALES TAX?
Orders shipped to a Connecticut address will be charged 6% CT state sales tax as required by Connecticut state law. Orders shipped to addresses outside CT will not be charged sales tax.

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
You will know immediately when you place your order, prior to completing the payment transaction the actual cost of shipping for your order. Regular orders are shipped UPS ground. Delivery must be to a street address – not a P.O. Box. International orders can be placed, but the shipping indicated in your shopping cart will be an ESTIMATE.  We will contact you prior to shipping with the actual cost.  Standard orders will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days from when your order was placed. MOST orders ship within 24 hours.  See the chart below to estimate your order's time in transit.

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
We offer 1, 2, and 3 day business shipping for an additional cost per shipping address for in-stock items. You will know immediately when you place your order, prior to completing the payment transaction the actual cost of the expedited shipping. Delivery must be to a street address – not a P.O. Box. All APO/FPO/AK and HI addresses are shipped via parcel post and cannot be expressed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WE WANT YOU TO BE THRILLED WITH YOUR PURCHASE! We stand behind our products and guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily provide an exchange or refund for all items within 30 days of receipt. We can NOT accept returns for personalized items unless there was an error made on our part, in which case we'll be happy to make it right!

Domestic & Canadian Customers: Returns are accepted under the following guidelines:
1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Phone us (866.834.0356) or email us (orders@christiangiftsplace.com) to receive a prepaid return label for your convenience. Include original packing slip in box.
2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days for receipt and received in original packaging and sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. Simply return the product along with the original packing slip.
3. Personalized and customized items may NOT be returned.
4. Any item being returned after the 30 day period will only received 50% of the product value in refund.

Christiangiftsplace.com is the only web-based store to offer True Vine Embroidery products. Currently, no physical retail stores offer True Vine Embroidery products. Both Christiangiftsplace.com and True Vine Embroidery are owned and managed by True Vine Embroidery LLC, a business entity of True Vine Holdings, Inc.

CAN TRUE VINE EMBROIDERY MAKE CUSTOMIZED PIECES JUST FOR ME?

Customized (one of a kind) embroidery is not our focus, but we are always willing to listen to requests and accomodate when possible.
